Mandalay provides the bride and groom many delicious choices and courses for their special day. Browse through our available menus. If you require special meal requirements please let us know and children’s menus are also available.

Salt and pepper calamari served on a bed of salad
Smoked Salmon Blini with sour cream and dill
Bruschetta: tomato with basil, grilled eggplant with garlic
Risotto: Mushroom or Pumpkin
Fettuccine, Rigatoni or Penne with choice of amatriciana, napoli, basil pesto, carbonara or puttanesca sauces
Fettuccine eggplant rolls with napoli sauce
Barramundi with lemon butter sauce served on couscous
Soups: pumpkin, minestrone or cauliflower and cheddar soup

Chicken Cacciatore and polenta
Chicken filled with mushrooms served with brandy cream sauce
Chicken wrapped in bacon filled with spinach and ricotta served on a bed of mash potato or polenta
Chicken parmigiana topped with mozzarella, ham, napoli sauce served with a side of chips
Roast lamb on creamy mash with rosemary and rich red wine jus
Lamb shanks provencal and polenta
Roast beef served with a caramelised onion jus
Roast pork with thyme and garlic served with apple sauce and gravy
Barramundi with lemon butter sauce served on couscous

  • Cocktail & Lunch functions 4 hours.
